A FORMER Gold Coast security guard is on trial for allegedly slicing open his exotic dancer girlfriend's breasts to retrieve the silicone implants he paid for.
Darryelle Arthur Dixon, 44, is charged with the unlawful wounding and unlawful disfigurement of his former lover.
Crown prosecutor Isaac Munsie told a Southport District Court jury Mr Dixon had a history of 'brutal violence' towards his former partner and after one ugly argument had even cut off her hair extensions, which he had also paid for.
Mr Munsie told the court Mr Dixon had drunkenly approached his then-girlfriend at her home in September, 2004, and accused her of sleeping around.
When she tried to escape, he cut up her clothes with a pair of scissors and advanced on her.
She then said: "Go ahead, cut my hair (again)", but he instead produced a knife and allegedly stabbed her left breast.
"You can't dance without boobs," he allegedly said.
He then tried to remove her implant but his partner then told him he had cut the wrong breast, implying he had only paid for half the cost of her implants.
Mr Dixon then allegedly sliced open her right breast.
Police allege he told his partner: "I gave you these, now I'm taking them back."
His partner later required plastic surgery to repair the damage.
The trial continues.
