A woman who had consensual sex with her father has been placed on 12 months' probation.
She is the first woman to be convicted of incest, and her father is currently serving three years in jail for a similar offence.
The woman, who was then working as a technical executive had sex with her father, a 48-year-old plumber at their home in April 2008.
She had a close relationship with her father and accompanied him to coffeeshops to meet his friends for drinks since 2006. They even touched and fondled each other's private parts when they were alone at home.
After one particular drinking session, they had an argument at home. After she apologies, they hugged and caressed each other.
They then had sex.
During the 12 month probation period, the woman has to live with her maternal aunt and attend therapy sessions with a psychiatrist.
The maximum penalty for the offence is five years' jail.
