BORN This Way star LADY GAGA goes wild — in her birthday suit.

The outrageous hitmaker - whose songs include Just Dance - sported nothing but a sheer body stocking and tiny studded thong while cavorting at a fashion industry event last night.

Protecting her modesty with a pair of nipple patches the star showed plenty of flesh and a new cropped, green hairdo.

It followed the Council of Fashion Designers of America Awards, where GaGa, 25, was named top style icon.

She took the stage in 10ins platforms and a spiked basque — which slipped to show she had a couple of gongs of her own.

But at the aftershow party she ensured all eyes were on her thanks to her extraordinary antics.
