Under arrest...The man surnamed Tsai, who allegedly arranged the sex party on the train |
Police in Taiwan have detained a man for holding a sex party in a rented train carriage on Sunday, which involved a 17 year old girl and 21 men.
The man surnamed Tsai and 10 of the 18 revelers were questioned by Taipei City police Tuesday after photos of their lewd party were posted on the Internet.
Tsai told the media that some participants did have sex with the woman in the train carriage but not all of them because some were very nervous, the report said.
He claimed that the girl didn't charge any fees and no sex trade was involved in the party.
He said he selected the men based on their emails to apply for invitation. The teenager apparently wrote to Tsai to join the party as a volunteer.
The high school dropout told the Railway Police Bureau that it was a case of consensual sex, according to Lee Hai-lung, spokesman for the Banciao district prosecutors office.
The case has now been referred to a juvenile court with the girl was charged with a violation of the Social Order Maintenance Act and of the Children and Youth Welfare Act.
Lee said Tsai is facing charges of violating sexual morality laws.
The Ministry of Transportation and Communications said tighter rules for chartering train carriages will be imposed in the future to prevent problems.
