Another man charged was Swiss national Buergin Juerg, 40, who was led into the courtroom handcuffed as no one had posted bail for him.
He is said to have been working in the banking industry.

For $600, Juerg allegedly slept with Miss XXX at Shangri-La Hotel on Sept 29, 2010, and again at Mandarin Oriental Hotel on Jan 3 last year, for $650.
A bail review will be held for him on April 20.
His lawyer Selva K. Naidu, told the court: "He's not pleading guilty today."
Businesman Edward Whistler Goh Ngian Meng, 49, was also charged on Wednesday.
He is listed as the founder and CEO of Edward Whistler International Group, which specialises in business consulting and management training.
He allegedly paid $450 to sleep with Miss XXX at Hotel 81 Bencoolen on Sept 26, 2010, at about 7pm.
For another $500, he allegedly slept with her again at 5pm on Oct 24 last year, at a condominium unit near Katong.
After he was charged, Goh took out a laptop and sat with another man.
When approached by the media, the latter said they were discussing private business.
Goh eventually left at about 7pm after donning a cap, sunglasses and a surgical mask.
He is believed to have taken down his company's website at about 3.30pm.

Former executive director of Singapore Environment Council Howard Shaw was the fourth man charged on Wednesday.
So far, 48 men have been charged.
They include former National Environment Agency in-house counsel Chia Kok Peng, former police superintendent Tan Wee Kiat, former school principal Lee Lip Hong and private educator Loh Ben Ni.
