But despite having the beauty in bed - the pop star turned actor is less than happy.
In the film the pair play best pals Dylan and Jamie who swear off romance after series of disastrous relationships.
Instead they opt for emotion-free romps with each other - but Dylan initially finds the situation uncomfortable - complaining that having a nude Jamie on top of him makes him feel "emasculated".
In real life Justin split with Jessica Biel in March, after a four-year relationship, and has denied rumours that he and Mila are a couple.
And in a recent interview he described sleeping with female pals as, "a really good idea until it becomes a bad idea."
He added: "It probably becomes a bad idea really fast.
""If you're going to be intimate with someone at some point somebody's going to feel something."
Friends With Benefits is released on September 9.
