The girl, Nadya, claims she is a 16-year-old secondary four student who is selling her used underwear to "save money for her poly fees and daily expenses".
Her blog carries many photos her wearing the offered panties, which she promises have been worn for at least 24 hours and are priced at $39 each.
The goods come with sexually suggestive descriptions and promises to provide any kind of "thong, g-string or lacy panties" worn for "as many days as you like".
Reporters emailed Nadya to try to find out more.
However, she replied only with details of accepting payment and added that she sends the panties only by mail and never in person.
Local girls have made the news in the past for selling used underwear on the internet.
In 2010, 19-year-old Felicia gained notoriety for selling her used panties.
Felicia had also claimed to be earning school fees and daily expenses, but eventually stopped when she gained unwanted infamy.
Reporters consulted a lawyer on whether it is illegal to hawk used underwear on the internet.
According to the lawyer, this is not illegal as Nadya's blog does not contain any obscene photos with exposed private parts.
