Driver cheats death in car accident

A 
driver managed to stare at Death in the eyes when he came out of a car accident only with scratches.

A collision with a taxi had caused the driver's grey Volvo to ram into another truck's rear, slamming numerous steel rods into the Volvo's windscreen, Chinese media reported.

The driver, 24-year-old Yang, told reporters that he threw himself onto the passenger seat when he realised his car was going to crash into the steel rods.

As soon as he threw himself onto the seat, the rods pierced through the windscreen with a roar.
