Cow condo' scandal: Police deny knowledge of report from MACC

Unknown | 1:15 AM | | | | | Best Blogger Tips

Tan Sri Ismail Omar today deflected questions on the National Feedlot Centre (NFC) “cattle condo” scandal, saying he has yet to receive any report from the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC).
“So far, I’ve not received anything yet,” he said when pushed for an answer by a group of reporters who accosted him as he was leaving the Selangor police contingent’s Deepavali celebration here this afternoon.
The Inspector-General of Police (IGP) initially appeared surprised when asked to comment and pointed out that the matter was a Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) case.

Cow condo scandal: To laugh or cry for Malaysia?

Unknown | 1:03 AM | | | | Best Blogger Tips

HELLO Malaysians! I really don’t know to laugh or cry for Malaysia over the report 'Cow condo' scandal: Police deny knowledge of report from MACC.
Not only Barisan Nasional politicians and leaders are behaving like cows, top professional civil servants from the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) and the police have become eunuch donkeys.
They are eunuchs because they have clearly lost their balls to investigate corruption cases involving BN politicians. However, when there is an iota of chance to harass non-BN politicians, even when there is no police report lodged, they behave like they have taken Viagra.

Unknown | 2:44 AM | | | | | Best Blogger Tips

HONG KONG - Cathay Pacific has said two of its employees caught in a set of Internet photos apparently engaging in oral sex on board an aircraft have left the company.
The Hong Kong carrier launched an investigation last week after photos emerged of a woman in a red outfit resembling the Cathay cabin crew uniform performing oral sex on a man, reportedly her boyfriend, on board an aircraft.
"I can confirm that two members of our crew shown in compromising situations in photographs published recently in Chinese-language daily newspapers are no longer employees of the company," Cathay chief executive John Slosar said in a statement released late on Friday.

Of Al Capone and Rosmah's USD24.4 mil scandal

Unknown | 2:17 PM | | | | Best Blogger Tips

UMNO media has begun to spin the idea that an innocent Rosmah Mansor was merely being used by Jacob & Co, a New York-based Jewish firm, for money laundering activities. Certainly, UMNO's apparatus has shifted into top gear to clean up the fallout created by a leak from the Malaysian Customs department that the Prime Minister's wife had either imported or was involved in some way with a humongous blue diamong ring.
With so many rumours buzzing around and Najib Razak's job in a precarious position as the country heads for a snap general election soon, it is no wonder that the prime minister has marshalled all resources into undoing what many perceive to be his and Rosmah's own doing.
Among the hottest whispers in town are that the ring is part of Rosmah’s daughter’s dowry and is a special gift to Rosmah. Although the 22-year old and very beautiful Nooryana Najib has not officially tied the know yet, her wealthy fiance Daniyar Nazabayev may have got some inkling of his future mum-in-law and this may be why he is keen to keep happy with the ring. So the talk in the tabloids and coffee shops go.
No doubt, whispers have often shadowed the truth but until real evidence is brought forward, such talk are mere whispers. To a large extent, the authorities have themselves to blame for the wildfire manner in which the 'ring' goosip has overtaken the nation.

Scorpene scandal: ‘Truth to surface soon’

Unknown | 2:36 AM | | | | | Best Blogger Tips

French lawyer William Bourdon says corruption related to the submarine deal will be exposed when a judge is picked in September to hear the case.

GEORGE TOWN: The French investigative judge who will hear the case into the Scorpene submarine scandal will be picked in September and the truth will be exposed, said prominent human rights lawyer William Bourdon.
The Frenchman said he would then have smooth access to scrutinise all documents and interview major witnesses pertaining to the submarine deal between Malaysia and France.
“I would be able to disclose more information on the case and identify those involved,” he said after a speech at Suaram’s fundraiser dubbed “Ops Scorpene” in Bayan Baru here last night.
