KUALA LUMPUR : Two Bangladeshi men were charged in the Ampang Magistrate's Court here today with the murders of a woman and her two-year-old son whose bodies were found cut into pieces at a condominium unit in Ampang last month.
Abd Razak Tofazzalhossain and Mmd Ripin Mondal Krndaboss are jointly charged with murdering Siti Sando, 35, at No 40, Fifth Floor, Chrsyaa Astaria Apartment Block, Taman Kosas, Ampang here between 11am and 5pm on July 29 this year.
They are also charged with with murdering two-year-old Mohd Shukri at the same place and time.
The charge, under Section 302 of the Penal Code, carries the death sentence upon conviction.

Both of them nodded their heads and said they understood the charge, which was read in Malay before Magistrate Wan Karimah Wan Ab. Ghani.
However, no plea was recorded.
Meanwhile, during the early stage of hearing, third accused, Mosharof Hossain, 23, pleaded guilty to disposing of the two bodies, but when explained on the sentence for the offence, looked doubtful, resulting in Wan Karimah to ask several times whether he needed the help of an interpreter.
Mosharof then said he did not understand the charge and his earlier guilty plea was not accepted by the court.
Mosharof is charged with disposing of the two bodies between 11.20am on July 29, 2011 and 11am on Aug 3, 2011 at the same place.
The charge, under Section 201 of the Penal Code carries a jail term of up to seven years and is liable to fine, if found guilty.
Following an application by deputy public prosecutor Faridah Nurdinie Bahrum, the court set Sept 29 to obtain a Bangladeshi interpreter.
