Video shows Nazri's son assaulting guard: report

Despite the claim by Brickfields police OCPD Wan Abdul Bari Wan Abdul Talib that the son of minister in the Prime Minister's Department was not involved in assaulting a security guard last month, a CCTV video has emerged to show otherwise.

According to news portal Malaysiakini, the video shows Mohamad Nedim, son of Nazri Aziz, joining two others in assaulting a condominium security guard for insisting that he register as a guest at the guard house as required by condominium rules.

Cow condo' scandal: Police deny knowledge of report from MACC

Tan Sri Ismail Omar today deflected questions on the National Feedlot Centre (NFC) “cattle condo” scandal, saying he has yet to receive any report from the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC).

“So far, I’ve not received anything yet,” he said when pushed for an answer by a group of reporters who accosted him as he was leaving the Selangor police contingent’s Deepavali celebration here this afternoon.

The Inspector-General of Police (IGP) initially appeared surprised when asked to comment and pointed out that the matter was a Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) case.

MACC report filed over diamond ring

A pro-Pakatan NGO wants the commission to probe the allegation that Rosmah Mansor acquired a diamond ring for RM73 million.

GEORGE TOWN: A report has been filed with the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) over the RM74 million ring allegedly acquired by the prime minister’s wife, Rosmah Mansor.

The report was filed by pro-Pakatan Rakyat NGO Solidariti Anak Muda Malaysia (SAMM) president Badrul Hisham Shaharin.
